in-house production
In recent years, we have developed several proprietary products for renowned vehicle manufacturers who requested our collaboration due to the high technical demands of their products. We will also be pleased to research suitable and effective solutions for you. Following laboratory testing, we conduct the necessary effectiveness and compatibility tests on relevant vehicle components. Upon request, we can also manage the certification of your product.
For research and development purposes, CTP GmbH has its own technology center and an analytical laboratory equipped with state-of-the-art analysis and measurement technology. Here, complex procedures such as gas chromatography, material testing, emission measurements, and oil and water analysis can be carried out quickly and easily. The effectiveness and quality of various products and processes developed in the CTP laboratory have been successfully tested by TÜV Thüringen and have been continuously monitored ever since.
In 2006 and 2018, CTP GmbH was nominated for the Innovation Award of the Free State of Thuringia. Together with the Fraunhofer Institute, we implemented projects such as “Process and device for the removal of deposits in internal combustion engines,” earning second prize for this achievement. Our seamless communication between production, the technical laboratory, and decision-makers enables this highly efficient workflow. Furthermore, all our products are manufactured under the strictest quality controls and with a strong focus on environmental sustainability.
